Safe Payment Guidelines

1. Check Name Before Paying – Always check the receiver’s name before entering your UPI PIN.
2. Take a Screenshot – After payment, please send a screenshot of your payment receipt.
3. Wait for Refund – If your payment fails, wait for the amount to be refunded.
4. Do Not Share Your PIN – Never share your UPI PIN with anyone.
5. Confirm Before Paying Again – If payment fails, check your bank statement before trying again.
6. Use Trusted Apps – Always use official UPI apps for payments.
7. Verify QR Code – Scan the correct QR code before making a payment.
8. Beware of Scams – Do not accept random payment requests or click on unknown links.
9. Enable Transaction Alerts – Turn on SMS/email notifications to track payments.
10. Avoid Public Wi-Fi – Do not make payments using public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
